Lift Tables and Tilt Tables

Lift Tables and Tilt Tables are available in mobile, electric/hydraulic, air and manual foot pump for maintenance, transportation, and maintenance.

Lift Tables and Tilt Tables are available in a variety of capacities, sizes, and configurations.  They are light to heavy duty with capacities from 500 to 50,000+ lbs.  There are a variety of tops from flat and rotating to roller conveyor or ball transfer, “V’s” for rolls and coils or custom to fit a particular application.

Some of the options include pendant, foot or column mounted controls, scales, bellows, air or electric/hydraulic, NEMA 4X motors (wash-down), pit mounted, portable, custom paint, self-propelled drives, handrails, toe guards, tape switch, floor lock, remote power, and push handles.

Pallet Pals are available in spring loaded, air and electric / hydraulic options with turntable.

Palletizing of Bags and Boxes

Lift Tables and Tilt tables are electric hydraulic scissor lift tables that are used by all types of manufacturing and warehouse facilities. Lift  Tables and Tilt Tables safety features include electric toe guard to protect pinch points during lowering of the table, internal safety velocity fuse to maintain platform height in event of hose or fitting failure, 24V AC push-button hand control, maintenance prop, and upper travel limit switch to stop table at maximum height.  2HP, 460V, 3 phase, 60 Hz totally enclosed motor standard, other voltages available. 3000 psi hydraulic component rating.

Bellows are available on lift tables and some tilt tables.

Pallet turntables are used when the top of the pallet exceeds the operator’s ability to load or unload the pallet ergonomically.  Although these sit flat on the floor and do not allow for the load to be raised or lowered they do put the load position within operator reach.

The Heavy Duty Strong Back Upender is ideal for the repositioning of large and heavy loads, round or odd shaped objects such as dies, rolls, or coils. V-shaped cradles or other fixtures can be mounted to platforms to assist with pallet, roll handling or crate repositioning. Tiltable up to 90° and capable of capacities ranging up to 30,000 pounds, the upender is ideally suited for the heavy duty ergonomic solution specific to your application. The Strong Back Upender makes repositioning heavy, large or awkward products simple and efficient.

This V-shaped rocker style inline upender is also available in lighter capacities to handle smaller or lighter loads.

Ball Transfer Tilt Table

This custom Scissor Lift configuration includes a 6,000-pound capacity lift with hydraulic support legs to lock the lift in place at a set point. A manual turntable has been integrated into the top of the lift and is equipped with beveled toe guards for enhanced operability.  The lift has a variety of travel distances, platform sizes, and portability options.
